- This league of nations failed, partly because Wilson couldn't convince his own nation, the USA, to sign onto it
- Another thing that set the league of nations up for failure was that Russia and Germany didn't sign on

Woodrow Wilson really wanted to do good and promote a safety net but couldn't get even his own country to buy into it so he travelled all over the place informing people everywhere about it, which eventually led to his death not too long after.
